Asslam o alaikum community

this is hina maaz a 31 year old , banker, having a 2 year baby, my weight is 80 and 5,2 inches tall, my biggest problem is weight stuck and periods delay issue. My goal is to lose 20 kgs targeted weight is 60, i am trying so many diet but not be consistant on it.. i wish through this community i motivated my self and lose weight wish me luck 🤝
