✅avoid caffeine ✅Stay hydrated ✅ Energy levels remain high throughoit the day but decrease to 10% after 10pm at night😴 ❣️Last caffeinated drink I took tea at almost 11am in breakfast after that I avoided taking it at night ❣️ Energy levels 10/10 through the day ....1/10 at night after dinner Favorite caffeinated free drink So after dinner when I usually have it today I swap it with mint lemonade without sugar (homemade) Here's the pic of my caffeinated and caffeinate free drink ( Mne 5 din bd biscuit khae ha koi Galt na smjhy 😔)

Do we mothers ever really relax and unwind 😅. My bedtime routine -Isha prayer , night duas and Quran , read a book . I love to read so yes this is my favorite ‘me time ‘. I sometimes fall Asleep whilst reading 😂😂😂😂. Teddy and me ready for bed and reading ( don’t judge yes I still sleep with my teddy bear ) 💀 Goodnight peeps ❤️
