✅ Energy levels remain high throughoit the day but decrease to 10% after 10pm at night😴

I took tea at almost 11am in breakfast after that I avoided taking it at night
❣️ Energy levels
10/10 through the day ....1/10 at night after dinner
Favorite caffeinated free drink
So after dinner when I usually have it today I swap it with mint lemonade without sugar (homemade)
