Hi for breakfast 3eggs with grapes and vitamin c water for lunch chana chaat and tori ki sabzi and for dinner 6 spoon rice and spinch with 2 piece chicken 2 dates 10k steps and 20 mint cardio 2L water and 20g peanuts

Hi brunch 6 spoon white rice with 6 spoon daal salad and seekh chicken kabab grapes and rosted chickpeas for snack for dinner white rice with pease chicken and shami kabab work was busy so couldn't do 10k did 20 mint workout with 7k and 2L water
