POF $4mm?
I just talked to a wholesaler who wants to purchase a community of lots from a developer for $4mm (planning to assign for $5.5mm). He is looking for $40k EMD and double close funding and POF.
My question is can we provide POF for $4mm? Not sure what the limit is on POF.
