I have a borrower looking for $20k EMD due Mon 4/20. Just got the property under contract today. I told him the up front fee would be 5% or $1000 with the remainder coming out at closing. He asked if he could only do $500 upfront fee. I told him it is unlikely but would ask. Is that possible?

I have 12 new Facebook leads from the weekend. Each lead has a name, address and phone number. this cost about $50 I now have about 240 Facebook leads to follow up. Some I have send multiple emails, but none have I called. I created a new email just for following up on Facebook leads. This email has "funding" in the name. I am also going to make my cell phone show a similar name, so they have the correct idea of what the call is for.
