Intro
Hi everyone, my name is Theresia Tan. I am from Portland, Oregon. I am a gator, TC and Subto. I have never done the transactional lending and had bad experiences with EMD lending. I decided to go back to the basic. What I learn from my experience: better to slow down rather than get a bad deal.
When I do not seat on my desk: I like traveling, gardening and eating :) Here is my best companion who is always nosy - just check on me all the time :)
