How This Community Relates to Gator🐊 Lending

I’m a member of Gator and also part of SubTo and the Owners Club, and a lot of what’s discussed here will feel familiar if you’ve been through Gator—especially Gator 1.0.

This community is meant to be complementary to what’s taught in Gator, with a heavy focus on:

✅ Double close funding

✅ Earnest money funding (EMD)

✅ Morby-style methods and structures

That said, this is not an official Gator community, and we are not directly connected to Gator or its operators.

This is an independent community built to help:

✅ New and aspiring lenders get their first deals

✅ Build consistent deal flow

✅ Practice without worrying about capital or backend processes

If Gator gives you the concepts and strategy, this community is here to help you roll up your sleeves and do the consistent non-sexy work to build skills, build relationship and find deals.
