Hello to Everyone Here
Long story short, I've gone through a total of around $30M worth of deals and not closed a single one. I'm not "totally new", but I'm new when it comes to getting just one deal done and I've been grinding for years. I'm exploring the Transactional Funding side of real estate and I had a question I posted that a group admin deleted all of the responses to a very non-beginner question from the two leads I've received already. Is it okay that I post it here and not get shut down? Thank you so much for taking the time 💯
