'Attached is the executed PSA, an addendum, the wiring instructions for the closing attorney, and a pitch deck on the project. They are shooting to get funds submitted by Tuesday of next week, and closing is set for the 27th, but always anticipate an extension or two. Please let me know if you're interested and I will get you connected with the borrower.'

Someone reached back out to me with this. This is requiring a 200k emd, I know that is within RQF capabilities. Im pretty confident extensions are allowed up to 120 days as well. I let him know that I am interested and hopefully he gets back to me soon.
