I have someone who ive dealt with in the last who is needing double close funds. However, he would prefer not to work with white labels brokers (like me), and needs someone to consistently do business with and who has proof of funds. Im only able to use white labels as of now, but I want to further this relationship. Would would be the smart thing to do, should I just refer him to someone else, or ask him to try me with a white label?

Anyways, I've recently read the book Atomic habits. One of the things I learned is the difference between motion and action. The difference between planning the two is very clear in transactional funding. Motion is all that I've done so far, the planning and prep...the stuff I now see Paul encourages us to care less about. Action is doing what creates dealflow and the life of the business. Thats why I've joined transactional funding hub. I need to learn how to take action...and actually TAKE ACTION!
