The largest brokerage in the United States reported $17.7 billion dollars in revenue at a 30.5 gross margin.

That means roughly a $5 Billion spread.

They collected 17.7 Billion from Shippers

then turned around and paid Carriers about $12 Billion

Did they overcharge shippers?

Underpay carriers?

Or are the numbers just right?
