FREE BOOK Money Models
Team, I am so grateful for my chance to be coached by Alex Hormozi. His recent book just came out and broke the world record for nonfiction book sales in 24 hours. He sold 3.7 million bucks in three days and made the top five of fictional Book releases, knocking out various Harry Potter books. I've read this book and it is truly amazing. It is yours free because you were a member of my community! Just click here to get your free book

How to Win in here at FREE YOU UP (Watch the video first) Welcome Rockstar! This community only works when everyone shows up, gives value, and engages with each other. Here’s how to be a Rockstar member (pulled from some of the best online community practices around): 👉 Your First Step: Introduce yourself in the community tab. Share who you are, what you do, and one specific win from your business. 1. Show Up and Share Value - Post your wins, lessons, and the most valuable tactics you’ve used in your business. - Pick a category when you post so that we can all search results on those topics (you will see this when you post) - Ask for help on anything AFTER you have contributed to someone else's post...like answer a question, like a comment etc. 2. Respect the Room - This group is for owners or leaders only—keeps the conversations high-level. - No pitches. If you're looking for businesses, I will toss you. No warnings. 3. Engage and Encourage - When you see a valuable post, hit like and drop a “thanks” or comment. - Tag members when you use their ideas. It motivates them (and keeps the goldmine flowing). - Share your progress. Implement something you learned? Post your results in the Wins category. 4. Build Real Connections - Slide into DMs… not to pitch, but to build real relationships. - Think: encouragement, collaboration, accountability partners. - The friendships you build here can outlast the program. - Use the location tab to get together with people in your areas 5. How to Win Here 🏆 - Post what’s working. - Apply what others share. - Share your results. - Tag people when you benefit from their ideas. - Most of all: give more than you take. Show up, contribute, execute. That’s how you win.

Introduction
Hi everyone. My name is Orit (pronounced Oreet). I own a private practice PT clinic just outside of Seattle. My practice is focused on using pain science and a strong biopsychosocial approach to treating patients with persistent and complex pain conditions. I have 5 PTs working for me right now. I have been working diligently to get out of patient care so that I can continue to focus on the business side of things. I am opening my first satellite location next week! I have been working with Will since 2021/2022(?) on recruitment and coaching and also work with another coach from Practice Freedom U. I love being a clinic owner! I am also an avid boater and my husband and I just bought our first non-sailing vessel and cruised up to the Canadian Gulf islands this summer. I have 2 VAs from Rockstar VA and an offsite front desk manager who oversees them and just hired a 3rd VA to be my EA/marketing assistant. Looking forward to hearing about all of your clinical practices!
VA Advice Please
For those of you using VAs for front desk support, especially clinics that rely fully on VA kiosks, how do you handle maintaining two physical bodies in the clinic at all times for safety and security? I get how scheduling can cover this under normal circumstances, but what’s the plan when someone is out sick or on vacation? I’m also curious how you manage urgent VA messages when the treating PT is tied up and not at their computer. For example, if they're doing manual work and something time sensitive comes up, how do you make sure that info gets to them quickly? We currently have three VAs and are looking at potentially expanding, including adding Saturdays or opening a new location with an all VA system. We’ve already run into a few logistical questions and barriers, and I know many of you have figured this out successfully. I’d really appreciate any advice or insight on how your clinics handle these pieces. Thank you in advance!

Tablet for AI scribing
We are adding Comprehend to our Webpt and wondering what are people using for tablets with their AI scribe? There are so many options and it seems like most current tablets out there would be fine. We have holders in each room and multiple in the gym so they can be placed near where the providers are working. Do you use a microphone as well or just the tablet? Thank you!
