FREE BOOK Money Models
Team, I am so grateful for my chance to be coached by Alex Hormozi. His recent book just came out and broke the world record for nonfiction book sales in 24 hours. He sold 3.7 million bucks in three days and made the top five of fictional Book releases, knocking out various Harry Potter books. I've read this book and it is truly amazing. It is yours free because you were a member of my community! Just click here to get your free book

Help with Recruiting PT's
My name is Matt Toone, owner of Aspen Ridge Physical Therapy in Utah. I am new to this community and desperately seeking some help/advice on how and where to recruit PT's. I've struggled for years to find PT's. I've tried job boards, recruiters, Linkedin, tried to head hunt, etc. Nothing. What are others doing to find and recruit PT's. I have big growth goals, but am stunted by my inability to find and recruit PT's. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.

I am using a VA to do the Linked In Ignitor program that Will outlines. So far it is starting to work for us. I had an interview with a recent graduate this past week. Fingers crossed! Have only been doing this for a few weeks. I am no longer putting money through Indeed ads-- just the bare minimum to keep them live. I am doubling down on my company branding and messaging around this.

@Kelly Peters I am not sure where it is located right now. @Will Humphreys where is the LinkedIn Ignitor program located?
Coaching
Curious how many of you consistently use a business coach. I’ve worked with one on and off and really see the value, but the cost sometimes gives me pause. Do you commit to using one regularly, or just occasionally—and what makes it worth it for you?

I have 3 coaches. All are monthly. One is part of a mastermind group. 2 are 1:1. I find all of them valuable. I started with coaches in 2019. Wish I had started earlier.
Job ad critique
I have been working on revamping our job ad and would love any and all feedback. **The formatting looks off as I can't figure out how to bold or change font size on skool. The actual post has some things in larger font or bolded to stand out and give a more polished look. @Will Humphreys funny I was wondering the same thing. I think it would be good to own the cash pay part @Lori Caddoo
Tardiness policy examples?
Hello everyone! Curious about some examples for a tardiness policy? We have never needed to have one in place though do have a new hire that often arrives 2-3 min after the start of her shift. I want to have clear consequences and boundaries in place to amend to our handbook so it’s more objective. Would be grateful for any examples you’d be willing to share. Thank you in advance!! 🫶

Yep start the meetings on time. Also when it their first patient? Or is this an admin? Either way it is rude and honestly before setting up the policy I would recommend having a conversation. Maybe there is something going on there that you need to know about...I do this with my patients that are late. I offer them a change in schedule-- I honor reality-- they are late and I need them to be on time. I open it up for a conversation to try to figure out what the barriers are. And then yes have a policy.
