Tablet for AI scribing
We are adding Comprehend to our Webpt and wondering what are people using for tablets with their AI scribe? There are so many options and it seems like most current tablets out there would be fine. We have holders in each room and multiple in the gym so they can be placed near where the providers are working. Do you use a microphone as well or just the tablet? Thank you!

FREE BOOK Money Models
Team, I am so grateful for my chance to be coached by Alex Hormozi. His recent book just came out and broke the world record for nonfiction book sales in 24 hours. He sold 3.7 million bucks in three days and made the top five of fictional Book releases, knocking out various Harry Potter books. I've read this book and it is truly amazing. It is yours free because you were a member of my community! Just click here to get your free book

Coaching
Curious how many of you consistently use a business coach. I’ve worked with one on and off and really see the value, but the cost sometimes gives me pause. Do you commit to using one regularly, or just occasionally—and what makes it worth it for you?
What kind of Leader are you?
This Support-vs-Challenge grid shows four styles and TOTALLY changed my life... not just at work but at home. This helped me see where I was failing (I was a Protector on steroids for years...and sometimes still am). Read this, share with your team, and discuss. It will change your culture for the better. Liberator (high support, high challenge). These leaders build empowerment & possibility. They challenge their team to stretch but provide feedback, training, and act as a coach. Think of the best leader in your life. Protector (high support, low challenge). People like these leaders but may not respect them. Think of the employer who is everyone's friend as a priority over results. This leader feels frustrated behind the scenes and knows they are being taken advantage of. This leader is constantly afraid of people quitting. In parenting, this is an example of a helicopter parent. Healthcare entrepreneurs often suffer from this as a "healer" mindset. Dominator (low support, high challenge) People follow these leaders out of fear. This leader either acts out emotionally or often treats their people as mere "cogs in the wheel." These leaders achieve results but often feel frustrated that they can't find more competent individuals. Abdicator (low support, low challenge) No one here is this. You wouldn't join this group if you had this type of apathy. Ask yourself: where do I tend to land today? And how can I stretch into the Liberator zone more often?
