Coaching
Curious how many of you consistently use a business coach. I’ve worked with one on and off and really see the value, but the cost sometimes gives me pause. Do you commit to using one regularly, or just occasionally—and what makes it worth it for you?

Lori, I've thought the same thing for a long time. I know Jamey is a coach on this thread, but I too am curious to know what true value do they bring in helping grow your business. Do coaches give actionable tasks and hold you accountable, what if they've never been in the PT world (or your industry) and thus don't know the road you've walked, and how to know if you'll get a ROI. I'd be curious too to know of others and the value/benefit they've seen from having a coach.

Help with Recruiting PT's
My name is Matt Toone, owner of Aspen Ridge Physical Therapy in Utah. I am new to this community and desperately seeking some help/advice on how and where to recruit PT's. I've struggled for years to find PT's. I've tried job boards, recruiters, Linkedin, tried to head hunt, etc. Nothing. What are others doing to find and recruit PT's. I have big growth goals, but am stunted by my inability to find and recruit PT's. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.
