Please let me Reintroduce myself ( in my Humpty voice)
I am excited to be back on my nutritional wellness journey. I recently heard a popular fitness instructor say, "It's not about self-discipline, but self-devotion" self-discipline is will-power, and to be honest often left me in a dungeon of despair strugglingto climb out a cave of condemnation. But self-devotion, invites me to be intentional on tending to my nutritional, and emotional needs. It grants me permission to graciously invest in being a good steward of my temple. It feels invigorating and I am excited to be a part of this community for such a time as this! Blessings
