@Naomi Adek I have to be very intentional about it. Today I will runs some errands and do a couple business tasks but I try to keep Sundays open for some rest.
Meal prep:
Think of how your week is likely to look like Plan your meals around your expected activities: 1. You can write your meals down 2. Write the meals down and assemble all ingredients and keep them ready 3. Or write them down, assemble and cook the meals and have them ready Then execute the plan. Commit your week to God and allow flexibility.
