When you fall Short!!!😍
🤷🏽‍♀️Today I did not meet my goal! Was a roll-coaster kind of day. 🎢 So you might have been discouraged and stopped trying just because you feel like you messed up one day. ⁉️ Falling short in this journey is inevitable and it’s part of the process- 🦋 Don’t dwell on the mire!! The energy you spend on overthink who you dos nit meet that goal and beating yourself is more costly. Increased your stress, cortisol and makes sleep impossible or less optimal.🤷🏽‍♀️ Now you don’t hear me say that reflection is bad. Reflection without guilt and shame is needful to grow and fill up gap which leads to improved consistency. 🦋 It’s the guilt and shame that leads to over stimulation and stress that you need to avoid. 🛑 Everyday God gives is an opportunity to keep you . Kiko front moving and not back moving!!!🦋🦋
