🦋🍇💜 This Week in Our Community: Hope, Faith & Love 💜🍇🦋
Ladies, this week we are leaning into something deeper than food, deeper than routines, and deeper than weight loss. We are talking about Hope, Faith, and Love — and how these shape the way we care for our bodies and walk this journey together. 🦋 Hope is the beginning. Hope is where the spark starts. It is the quiet belief that things can be different… that healing is possible… that your body can respond… that your health can be restored. Hope opens the door. 🍇 Faith is what steps through that door. Faith takes that hope and moves with it. It says, “Because I believe God is good, I will act.” Faith is choosing nourishing foods, moving your body, resting well, and honoring the body God gave you — even before you see the results. 💜 Love is the glue that holds it all together. First and foremost, the love of God. His love reminds us that our worth is not defined by a number on a scale. We care for our bodies not from shame, but from love. And then there is the love we share with one another in this community — encouraging, lifting, praying, and walking beside each other as we do life together. This journey was never meant to be done alone. 🦋🍇💜 Hope lights the path. Faith walks the path. Love holds us together on the path. This week we will explore what it looks like to build healthy bodies, healthy hearts, and strong fellowship as we steward the bodies God has entrusted to us. Drop a 💜 below and feel free to comment, if you are choosing hope, faith, and love this week.

@Sabrina Dereef Welcome
Hope!!!!
What do you believe hope is? 🤔💭 What is hope not so much discussed in today’s language of Christian’s as much as faith? 🍎 💕💜What’s the purpose of hope in a ch Ariana’s journey and how does that affect our weight and health in general? These are some questions I found myself grappling with last several weeks and which I would want us to consider in our discussions about connecting with other and doing life with others!!! 🦋🦋🍇

Saturday!! 🍇🦋🌺
Hey Ladies! 💛 Happy weekend! I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. I pray you are finding a little space to breathe, rest, and enjoy the goodness of God in the middle of your everyday life.🍎 As I’ve been reflecting this week, one word has been on my heart: hope. Hope is something we don’t talk about enough, but it is so powerful. When you really think about it, hope is often the starting place for faith. Hope is that quiet whisper in your heart that says, “Maybe things can change.” Faith is when you begin to trust God and step forward believing that He will do what He promised. Hope says: God can.💕 Faith says: God will.💕 And love… love is the deep foundation underneath it all. Love is what brought us to God in the first place and what holds us together as a community. This is why fellowship matters so much. When one sister feels weak, another sister carries hope for her. When one person is tired, another person reminds her of God’s faithfulness. Together we strengthen each other. So this weekend I want to encourage you:🦋 ✨ Choose hope. ✨ Speak hope. ✨ Receive hope from God and from one another. And if you feel comfortable, check in below and let us know: 👇🏽One thing you’re grateful for this weekend 👇🏽One place in your life where you’re believing God for hope You are not walking this journey alone. We are doing this together — in food, in faith, and in fellowship. 🌺

I am grateful for the strength to get to the weekend. I am grateful I am walking at the park and the weather is beautiful. I am fighting for hope in my parenting journey and my relationship with God. 💜🍎🦋
🍇🦋 Faith Friday Check-In 🦋🍇
This week the Lord gently reminded me of something that really checked my heart. I was thinking about the children of Israel coming out of Egypt and how much their complaining grieved God. Despite His provision, their murmuring kept rising up. And honestly… this reminder came right when my own heart was feeling a little discouraged. It’s been one of those weeks. A child not feeling well. A heavy workload. Business not moving the way I hoped. Financial pressures. And of course the daily journey of raising smart, strong-willed children. Then one moment this week I almost opened my mouth and said, “These kids…” And the Lord stopped me right there. Immediately I was reminded of Adam in the garden saying, “The woman You gave me…” Adam shifted the blame instead of taking responsibility. And in that moment the Lord reminded me how easy it is for complaining to slip into our hearts. Complaining slowly replaces praise. It makes the problem look bigger than God. But when we pause and choose gratitude, our hearts realign with truth — that Jehovah is still present, still working, and still good, even in the middle of ordinary life. So today, on this Faith Friday, let’s shift our focus together. Let’s choose praise over murmuring. Let’s notice the goodness of God in the middle of real life. 🍇🦋 Let’s reflect together: What are 3 things you can thank God for today? They can be simple things… your health, your children, food on the table, strength to keep going, a small answered prayer. My Faith Friday Gratitude 🍇 1. 2. 3. I’ll start in the comments with mine. 🍇🦋

I’ll start 🦋🍇 Today I’m thanking God for: 1️⃣ My son is resting and recovering. 2️⃣ The reminder to slow down and listen to the Lord. 3️⃣ The women in this community who are walking this journey of faith and health together. Your turn… what are **3 things you’re grateful for today?🦋🦋🌺
