Hey, my loves 🌸 I've been a little quiet around here lately, and I just wanted to pop in and say — it was never intentional. I didn't just choose to go missing in action!! Life decided to do a lot of living all at once. I've been navigating a big transition — leaving a job — and sitting with all the emotions that come with that. It's been a lot, but I'm giving myself the grace to feel it all.🌸 I'm working behind the scenes and gearing up to come back full force in May. I've missed this space and I've missed you all so much. Yesterday I walked A LOT!! 😄 Mostly because I don't have a car lol but I find that walking is a great way to move without putting too much strain on my body - if you know what I mean! I'd love to know - what are you doing this week to move your body??

Yes walking is great. Being in my last two weeks until my last day at work, I took today off. Just finished a 3 mile walk!!
