Another Leaderboard celebration!!! !!
Ladies!!! 🦋🍎 Let’s take a moment to celebrate our beautiful sister @Lauren Greene for winning the leaderboard this past week!!! 🎉🦋🍎 @Lauren Greene we see your consistency. We see your engagement. We see your faithfulness. This is what happens when commitment meets community. 🌺 Family, this is your reminder that the leaderboard is not about perfection — it’s about participation. It’s about showing up. It’s about fellowship. It’s about growth. And yes… there is a reward🍇💕 The next winner will receive a 1:1 coaching session with me 🦋🍎 If you’ve been watching quietly, this is your nudge to jump in: 🍎 Make a post. 🦋 Share your wins. 🍎 Testify about what God is doing in your health. 🦋 Encourage another sister. 🍎 Comment. Engage. Celebrate others. 🍇 ask questions!!! We are not just a weight loss group. We are a Christian fellowship. When one woman shares her breakthrough, it strengthens another. When one woman testifies, faith rises in the room. When one woman shows up consistently, it gives others courage to do the same. Let’s make this space vibrant. Let’s make it encouraging. Let’s make it alive with testimonies. You never know who needs your story this week. 🦋🍎 Who’s taking the top spot next?🦋💪🏽🎯

Put it Back on God! ❤️‍🔥
Yesterday, I had a 1:1 Call with the amazing, @Naomi Adek And she reminded me of something powerful! If I’m walking through hardship or just an unfamiliar season — but I know I’m in God’s will — then I can put it back on God. For those that don't know, I'm currently traveling abroad with my husband and daughter. And let me tell you - It is not easy. I don't really have a set routine... Meals are often sporadic... It can feel like my health goals are taking the backseat... etc. etc. However, I know that I'm where I'm supposed to be - even if its uncomfortable or not ideal. Obedience is what He asks of us. But the outcome is up to Him. Sometimes we obey…and then quietly pick the stress back up.🙋🏻‍♀️ We replay the “what ifs.” We're hard on ourselves. We try to manage and control every detail. But if you know you’re being obedient —if you’ve sought Him, prayed, and followed through —then the weight of the results do not belong to you. Put that on God! So I do the best I can -- with meal planning... with portion control... with exercise... and trust God with the rest! Obedience is our responsibility. Provision, protection, and outcome are His. This was the exact reminder I needed! And maybe this is your reminder too -- to release it again. Is there something in your health journey that you need to put back into God’s hands today? 💛

🌸 The DON’Ts of Meal Prepping for the Christian Woman 🦋🍎🤍
Meal prep is meant to serve you — not rule you. It’s a tool, not your master. And as a daughter of God, your kitchen should be a place of peace, not pressure. 🦋🍎💛 Here are some loving but firm reminders: 🦋 1. Don’t Plan Without Inviting God In 🍎 If you plan your week down to the gram but never pause to pray, you’re missing the foundation. “Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3 🤍 Meal prep is not just logistics — it’s stewardship. Ask Him: - What does my body truly need this week? - What season am I in? - Where do I need simplicity? Let Him guide your structure. 🦋 🍎 2. Don’t Let Meal Prep Become a Source of Stress 🤍 If prepping leaves you overwhelmed, snappy, or anxious… something is off. “For God is not a God of confusion but of peace.” — 1 Corinthians 14:33 🦋 You do not need 15 containers, 5 proteins, and Pinterest-level perfection. Simplicity honors your nervous system. Peace is productive. 🍎💛 🤍 3. Don’t Compare Your Plate to Another Woman’s 🦋🍎 Comparison in the kitchen is still comparison. “Each one should test their own actions… without comparing themselves to someone else.” — Galatians 6:4 🦋 Her macros are not your macros. Her metabolism is not your metabolism. Her season is not your season. Stay in your lane with grace. 🍎 🍎 4. Don’t Be Unrealistic About Your Season If you’re a busy mom, caregiver, business owner, or walking through a hard season — prep accordingly. “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1 🤍 That’s not failure. That’s wisdom. 🦋 5. Don’t Make Food Your Savior 🍎 Meal prep cannot fix emotional wounds, spiritual dryness, or exhaustion. “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” — Matthew 4:4 🤍 Prep food. But feast on the Word. 🦋🍎💛 🤍 6. Don’t Prep From Guilt 🍎 If your motivation is shame from last week’s choices — pause. “There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” — Romans 8:1 🦋

This is so good!! "Meal prep is not about control. It’s about cooperation with the body God gave you." 🔥🔥
