I talk to realtors daily, and one of the most common lines I hear is:

One of my prospects said the same thing, and he wanted to try Google Ads first with another agency.
On June 21st, we had a great strategy call. He liked our Meta lead-gen approach, but said:

If you donโt have these in place, no platform will save you:

Compelling offer that gets people to act now.

Messaging that attracts buyers, not browsers & time-wasters

Proper conditional form or a converting landing page

Pre-qualification AI agents before they reach your sales team.

Lead-nurturing AI agents because people take time to decide
โ
Follow-up system because most sales happen after 5+ touchpoints.
You could run ads on Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, or even LinkedInโฆ
But if you donโt have these systems in place, youโre just paying to burn traffic, not book clients.
