New week, sharper focus.
I’m starting to realize that 👉 Deals don’t fall apart because of the deal 👉 They fall apart because of lack of systems Follow-ups, communication, timing, all matter This week I’m focusing on 👉 Improving systems, not just effort 👇 What do you think is the #1 reason deals fall apart?

@Precious Adebisi That’s real, poor followup seems to be where a lot of opportunities are lost It’s crazy how timing alone can make or break a deal What kind of followup system has worked best for you so far?
Weekly reflection.
This week taught me something important 👉 Progress isn’t always visible immediately Sometimes you’re building skills, confidence, and understanding behind the scenes And that still counts 👇 What did this week teach you?

@Mark Machin That’s a great point, Mark Changing things too often can make it hard to know what’s actually working I guess it’s about finding that balance between staying consistent and making the right adjustments 👉 How do you usually decide when it’s time to stick or change something?

@Mark Machin That makes sense, having a set review window probably helps avoid overreacting too quickly I like the idea of focusing on inputs over that period instead of just results Do you track anything specific during that time to measure if it’s working?
Hey everyone 👋
Just got accepted into the community and excited to be here I’ve been spending some time learning about real estate, and one thing I’ve realized is, there’s a lot of information out there, but not always clarity on what actually works in real life Right now, I’m focused on 👉 Understanding the fundamentals 👉 Taking action, not just learning 👉 And figuring out what strategies are actually producing results for people I’m here to learn and actually apply what I learn For those already doing deals 👇What’s one thing you wish you knew when you were just starting out? Looking forward to connecting with you all, it's really nice to meet you all.

@Oliver Kavanaugh That makes sense, consistency is definitely something I’m focusing on as well When you say knowing what works for you, what specifically made the biggest difference in your case? Was it more on the lead generation side, follow-up, or how you structured your deals?

@Oliver Kavanaugh That’s a solid approach, especially being open to learning from someone ahead of you. I’m starting to see how important that is early on What made you choose that path, and who did you learn from? If you’re open, I’d be interested to hear more about what worked best for you
New week.
I’ve been thinking about lead generation a lot Everyone says, find motivated sellers. But not many talk about how much consistency it actually takes This week I’m focusing on👉 Volume + follow-up Because one conversation won’t change anything. But consistent outreach might 👇 What’s your main focus this week in real estate?

@Jonas Beit That’s a great point, Jonas. I’m starting to see that it’s not just about finding leads, but what you do after that really makes the difference. The follow-up side seems like where most opportunities are either built or lost

@Kenny Faulk Yeah, I feel that, there’s a lot to take in at the start. I’m focusing on keeping things simple with outreach and follow-ups first before adding automation Web scraping and GoHighLevel sound interesting though. What’s been standing out to you so far? 👉 If you’re open, we can share what’s working as we test things this week
Mid-week check in
A lot of people quit too early Not because it doesn’t work But because they don’t see results fast enough Real estate is a long game The ones who win are the ones who stay consistent when nothing is happening If you feel like nothing is working right now You’re probably closer than you think Have you ever felt like quitting? What kept you going?
