It’s frustrating for so many Realtors. You hire someone to help grow your business with qualified leads… And what they actually do is throw together a basic campaign with zero strategy. Results? No lead qualification. No targeting refinement. Just a flood of junk leads that waste your time and money. In the last 90 days, almost every realtor I’ve spoken to has told me the same story: ”𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥… 𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺… 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨.” It’s no wonder so many realtors are skeptical today. Scams like these make it harder to trust anyone. But here’s the thing… Business should never be about a quick grab for cash. It should be Client’s win = Our win. When your clients succeed, you succeed. That’s the only way it lasts. I know there are still agencies that genuinely care about their clients’ growth. That’s why we also run things differently. We work 100% on a performance basis. If you don’t get results, you don’t pay. Simple. It’s our way of building trust from day one and proving we’re here for the long game. 🔥 𝗛𝗼𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲: 𝗡𝗼 𝗮𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺. We often blame the platform... I talk to realtors daily, and one of the most common lines I hear is: “𝘔𝘦𝘵𝘢 𝘈𝘥𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬. 𝘛𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘥𝘰.” One of my prospects said the same thing, and he wanted to try Google Ads first with another agency. On June 21st, we had a great strategy call. He liked our Meta lead-gen approach, but said: “𝘓𝘦𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘯 𝘈𝘶𝘨𝘶𝘴𝘵 1𝘴𝘵. 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘎𝘰𝘰𝘨𝘭𝘦 𝘈𝘥𝘴 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵.” Fair enough. I followed up this week. His response? “𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘰𝘰𝘨𝘭𝘦 𝘈𝘥𝘴 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯. 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘶𝘯𝘲𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘴 𝘐 𝘨𝘰𝘵. 𝘓𝘦𝘵’𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳.” Here’s what most businesses miss 👇 ❌It’s not that Google Ads don’t work. It’s that ads without the right backend systems will always feel like a waste of money. If you don’t have these in place, no platform will save you: ✅ Compelling offer that gets people to act now. ✅ Messaging that attracts buyers, not browsers & time-wasters ✅ Proper conditional form or a converting landing page ✅ Pre-qualification AI agents before they reach your sales team. ✅ Lead-nurturing AI agents because people take time to decide ✅ Follow-up system because most sales happen after 5+ touchpoints.
