Local Bank/CU due diligence
Hey, , do you have connections with banks directly to buy notes from? I'm curious if I was able to connect with a local or small regional bank, do they have a tendency to want to sell packages of NPLs? If I were the bank, I would want to offload many at a time rather than onsies, twosies. And if that's the case, do you recommend doing due diligence on each individual loan before moving forward?
