Is there any form of tax advantages with notes? I haven’t seen anything important there is but perhaps it’s just something I’ve missed. Thank you for all feedback in advanced 😄

My expertise is on the front-end of the business: I'm an acquisitions specialist who sources distressed, off-market properties (both SFR and multi-family). I understand that the best performing notes are often created from clean, rehabbed assets. Pretty excited guys I’m about to close my first deal as a matchmaker!

i used to have propstream, but now I use batchleads. propstream bought batchleads this year, so we'll see how that goes there are many other comparable tools - dealmachine - rei blackbook - etc heck, we can even include the MLS and RPR. do you use such a tool for your notes biz? if so, which one and why? i use batchleads b/c i find the quality of data is not that bad for what i do as an investor but i never considered which tool would be good for notes would love to hear what others are using
