Rock climbed today, Rossy clutched up with some excellent pointers on how to perform a back flip. After less than twenty minutes of practice I got it.

Upper body workout
So a great workout didn't have time fir the superset I didn't do and numbers were not consistent probably cuz I'm training to failure every set with only 1 30 min rest

Chest and Triceps workout
Couldn’t complete the full workout and was only able to do 4 sets on the first exercise because I had to leave early so I wanted to do multiple exercises for 3 sets to do more in the bit of time I had. Rep range was pretty much similar around 12-18. Also did a dropset on the 4th exercise so it’s not even really considered 3 sets as I did at once Pretty good workout tho
