Been forgetting to upload my pictures of the workouts so hereβs my back and biceps workout from yesterday and shoulder and forearm from today. Couldnβt complete shoulder and forearm as I had to leave early but Iβll be able to give it some more volume on my upper body day after tomorrow
Couldnβt complete the full workout and was only able to do 4 sets on the first exercise because I had to leave early so I wanted to do multiple exercises for 3 sets to do more in the bit of time I had. Rep range was pretty much similar around 12-18. Also did a dropset on the 4th exercise so itβs not even really considered 3 sets as I did at once Pretty good workout tho
