Chest and Triceps workout
Couldn’t complete the full workout and was only able to do 4 sets on the first exercise because I had to leave early so I wanted to do multiple exercises for 3 sets to do more in the bit of time I had. Rep range was pretty much similar around 12-18. Also did a dropset on the 4th exercise so it’s not even really considered 3 sets as I did at once
Pretty good workout tho
