Upper body workout
So a great workout didn't have time fir the superset I didn't do and numbers were not consistent probably cuz I'm training to failure every set with only 1 30 min rest

DEADLIFT PRRR
Gym progress has been going awesome. Deadlifted 170kg for 1 yesterday. Last week bench got up to 70kg*2 also. Latest split is a bro split with around 12 sets per muscle group per week. And along with that, squat & bench on chest day. Deadlift on 6th day. And some extra squat & bench depending on my mentor’s mood. Bro life has gotten so better in terms of gym. You know, just finding a mentor who has similar personality like you, and then becoming the type of person who attracts people (charisma and some mindset changes, I can make you master of this btw) gets shit perfect. I wont listen to any mediocre normie, but listening braindead to my mentor makes life good.

Pull workout !!
Did this workout leaving face pull. And I am damn sure my calories exceeded 2100. Due to festival . But protien was 90-100 gm .

Pull workout !!
Falling in sleep .
I am on my flow . But have been consisntently falling on my sleep. Even tho I am using the sleep cycle app . There are many reasons which contribute to my low sleep. 1) late workouts 2) late dinner 3) late medications as I have to stay awake for atleast 1 hr for absorption before going to bed . Am working in fixing these one by one will keep you all informed with the reports and how exactly I fixed it .
