I'll reply to every one before Friday. Sometimes the "issues" we see around health and fitness aren't issues at all. They just need a different perspective, so the more questions we ask the better our understanding of what is necessary, will become.
My regular morning walk went smoother today, as well. No animal rescue required 😁
