This is a question that comes up A LOT and I would love to hear your answers to it.
What's the value of Facilitation?
In other words, why do teams need Facilitation/Facilitators?
It's so important to be able to answer this question because it will help you convince potential clients of the value you can add to their teams as a Facilitator.
