Let's gather 100 accidents/mistakes that have happened during our facilitation
Hello facilitators around the world! 🌏 I have no doubt we learn from doing. What if we build a mistake ladder by reflecting the learnings (especially the stupid ones) from our experiences so that we can learn from each other!
I will go first with this simple format
-> accidents / mistakes (format of facilitation : in-person/virtual/hybrid)
- Workshop participants being locked in the toilet during the break (In-person)
- Forgot to set timer for breakout room (virtual)
- Online participants felt left out from discussions in the room (hybrid)
