Hi All. I’m looking for ideas on a main activity with project leadership team. 7 ppl from different depts. Lots of changes happening on the team and there are issues around trust, communication, conflict and alignment. I have 90 minutes.

My goal is to help them build trust and discuss how to work together as a leadership team. Looking for something fun/engaging.
