How to: measuring agile maturity
I have been asked to measure the agility maturity of a number of teams.
I can create a matrix for the basics (daily standup, agile board, retrospective, etc.). Something either exists or it doesn't. :-)
But I want to give a workshop for the agile values. A 'values game' in which they share their experiences with agile values in four areas.
Now my question, is this a useful way to collect data and how do I get it translated to a certain agile maturity level? I'm thinking of some kind of graph now. Anyone have input on this?
