Hi everyone! Failure can be a powerful teacher. I'd love to hear times you felt you dropped the ball as a facilitator and what you learned from it. I'm asking cause I facilitated a workshop recently and I didn't intervene with a participant when I should have (I think I lost folks after that). Would love to hear areas others have struggled with and how you've improved/overcame.
