Creating an In-House Facilitation Community

I would like to ask for your personal opinion. My colleague and I have discovered the possibility of creating an in-house community for people interested in facilitation. We've noticed a strong curiosity among individuals within the company, and we believe it would be interesting to give it a try.

Could you please provide some suggestions on where we should begin and how we can consistently maintain high engagement levels over an extended period? Additionally, what format would you recommend for these meetings to ensure their success?
