Hello All, š I would like to ask for your personal opinion. My colleague and I have discovered the possibility of creating an in-house community for people interested in facilitation. We've noticed a strong curiosity among individuals within the company, and we believe it would be interesting to give it a try. Could you please provide some suggestions on where we should begin and how we can consistently maintain high engagement levels over an extended period? Additionally, what format would you recommend for these meetings to ensure their success? Thank you in advance for your insights, and have a great day! š
Hi All, š I would like to ask how you track the value of your workshops. I'm aware that we can use some tools to measure insights from participant feedback. However, I'm curious if there are other methods to gauge the success of a workshop in terms of the value it brings aside from relying solely on participant feedback. What are the most useful from your perspective? Is it more or less valuable than talking with participants? Thank you!
@Nathy Ravez Hello, it is a great point. I believe it is possible to implement this type of questionnaire for the participants, stakeholders, and managers. It would be interesting to see the difference in the perception of the result between different groups of people. š
I joined the community just a month ago as I started working as a Design Thinker. Before working as a UX/UI designer. I am thrilled to begin my facilitation journey. It is so great there is such an active community. Thank you for adding me here, and I look forward to learning more!
@Shannon Wagers Thanks, Shannon. My next step is to learn as much as possible and explore the facilitation process from preparation to execution. In the beginning, I will help our team to provide some support during the stakeholder interviews, and after it, I will join the project as a facilitator myself. š
