Conflict w/other teams
Hi All.
I’m doing a workshop next month with a high performing in tact team that wants to focus on how to deal conflict with other teams - in an emotionally intelligent way.
I have some ideas but would LOVE to hear your ideas!
The workshop will be 90-120 minutes with 7 ppl.
