Once I supposed to run a session, in order tovspeak the same language, I prepared an activity quiz on ine A4 and I asked the team to pair up and each to complete the quiz. It included all abbreviations, key terms and terminologies and it was fun, people aligned to the content and whenever we struggle during the day, I referes back to the quick. How do you handle that?
