Art of Engagement matters!

They were colleagues since last many years and were on six weeks promotional training course together. This was their third week and today they were really very excited. Whole day they performed with full enthusiasm. It was my fourth day with them I can’t explain the freshness, joy and passion they showed up with while entering to taining hall. What was different that day???????Can you guess????That beautiful day we only changed their dressing from formal to casual only for that day.Do you think our attire sometimes block our mind?Dont you think sometimes it restrict us from knowledge creation and sharing?Sometime stops us from expanding our horizons?Sometimes we lost our personalities in what we wear and appear?You may share your point of view in comment box below.#traininganddevelopment #training #motivation
