Anti-fragile/Agile/Resilience in a Complex World

I have received a request for an Agile workshop and would like to pick up your collective intelligence on this. The workshop should focus on the topics of Antifragile/Agile/Resilience in a Complex World and should last for 45-60 minutes, accommodating up to 40 participants.

We are open to any interesting workshop ideas or exercises that would be relevant to the topic. We believe that the outcome of this discussion will not only be helpful for us but for everyone involved, as this topic seems to be of great interest to many organizations.
