AI-Driven Workshop Solutions?
AI-Driven Workshop Solutions?
I'm considering creating AI Workshop solutions in the following ways:
1️⃣ Free and Paid Service: Collect the necessary information about the workshop, such as the problem to be solved, who will run it, and the desired workshop design (or go autopilot) via a form on a website. Then, either AI or real facilitators can run the workshop. Afterward, we'll create an interactive Miro Board complete with Miro Talktrack video descriptions. We may offer a limited number of small exercises (e.g., LDJ) as a demo and charge a reasonable fee for full-featured workshops.
2️⃣ Paid Miro App: Users can input the aforementioned data into a Miro App to generate results on demand. This will require a GPT-4 API account, making it a pricier option. Customers can either use our API with prepaid credits until they run out, or supply their own GPT-4 API URL and pay a small monthly subscription for app usage. I'm confident we can find alternative payment methods as well.
While these AI solutions can't replace real workshops, they could serve as initial boards to boost team productivity.
What are your thoughts?
Should I continue to work on this?
If I do, who wants to help out in any way they can?
