Advice on workshop structure
Hi all! ๐Ÿ–๏ธ I will deliver an online workshop on constructive feedback and recognition (2 topics in one training). I am limited as I have a script and presentation created by my company, and I am advised not to delete anything. However, I can make some changes in terms of activities etc. At the moment, the structure is 2 big parts, 1 h - about feedback, 1 h - about recognition, and inside those parts, we have bits of theory and practice all mixed. My idea (and question): would it be better to make the first part a theory (recognition + feedback) and the second - a big practice part with fun activities, roleplays, reflection etc.? What do you think? What can be the pros and cons (risks?) of each approach? Thank you so much! ๐Ÿ™‚
