Not the right fit
Hi ya'll! I had a conversation about a role in my area with the hiring manager, and after that conversation I decided it wasn't the right fit for me. I have already applied and have internal referrals working for me. I believe I would have gotten and interview however its just not the job for me. I want to ensure I communicate in the most respectful way and maintain relationship. Do I need to make a call or can I send a message on LinkedIn where we originally connected?
