Strengths and Weaknesses Feedback Welcome
Hi all! Completing the SWOT module and would loves some feedback on these: Strength: relationship-building. As a clinician in cardiac rehab, we regularly see over 70 patients daily. With each patient, I emphasize making them each feel comfortable by providing the type of feedback they need. These people have been through enough challenging times, so I strive to build trust in each relationship to help patients feel at ease when under my care. Every patient is different, and I'm confident in my ability to read their needs and provide. Additionally, I was a group fitness coach with Orangetheory for over 5 years and led over 3,000 classes. You were also financially rewarded the fuller your classes were, so being able to connect with each member and the endless array of personalities was key. While being a Head Coach, I consistently held the highest class utilization (70%+) Weaknesses: can become very engrossed in my goals I'm someone who is very committed to achieving goals, both in and out of work. Sometimes I want to achieve excellence so bad that I can become very engrossed and fixated in the process that I can put un-needed stress on myself. For example, outside of work I love to run marathons. Through training, I've been very diligent, never missed a workout, and did everything in my power to improve. However, it took an injury for me to realize that I was so set on hitting a specific time goal that I wasn't fully enjoying the sport or letting myself enjoy the other parts of my life enough. I'm working on having greater balance in my life to limit the unnecessary stress
