Ironman Training and racing

When we talk Ironman most people default to the 'brand' that bears the name of the original race. For our purposes - its any LONG distance triathlon. XTRI is not Ironman so we will deal with that seperately. Back in the day before things went a bit nuts there were only 5 Ironman events to go at, fast forward and you can go anywhere in the world to do your thing.
