Shin pain
You guys and gals....have a question, I have a decent understanding of shin conditioning and I kick the bag and kick the bag and kick the bag some more but a couple of places on my shins just hurt. For example on my left leg about 6 inches about where the curve to your foot is when I hit that spot it hurts deep. It comes from a couple of years ago this fighter I was training with had a tough time controlling himself and was lighting that spot up through the shin pad. I was dealing with it until my 6ft6 homeboy came over and told dude if he kicks me like that again he would kick him in the same way and my homie is huge 6ft6 325 and moves like a middle weight! (Karate background). But this place always bothers me. Any ideas.
Something Helpful (giveaway post)
Coach Ben Seelye, teaching to throw with intent. Tyler and myself train the combinations. It may look soft because we kind of ease into the drill and rip techniques toward the middle as our understanding of the purpose and movement becomes natural. The movie is reduced from its original 6 minutes. 1 minute of coaching 5 minute round. I realize some of you guys are light-years past us in your journeys and experience levels. Tips and advice is appreciated. Love and 🙏 respect to you all.

Hand Wrap Pro Tips
I like to do this with my hand wraps directly after training so I can throw them in the washing machine when I get home without them getting tangled up and being a hassle to deal with every time I wash them. Rolling them up after they are washed are far easier this way as well. Try it out and let me know what you think!

Striking tips and tricks
this was a video we recorded after a private with a couple students I was working with. Purpose of the video is to remind them some of the details we went over and some ways to drill these things to help get the feel for the mechanics of the strikes. The funny part at the beginning is that we did the whole video at first, then realized it was not recording 😅 play around with this and let me know what you think. Also comment below or direct message me what you are working on or need some help with!
