Let’s have a solid 2025 guys! Sept-End of 2025 goals Michael - Save Money for Laptop and not move back home - $5000 in savings by June - Workout 4 times a week for 60min - After Bayes (May 15th) get back to research/study habits in prep for Class June 2nd Jose - Go to the Gym 1 day a week for 40min (Friday) - Read at least 15min a day about HVAC industry and/or interest | 2hrs a week - Get HVAC certification | TDLR certification - Pay 22% by end of June - Payoff all credit card debt in 6 months ($800 a month) - Go to church once a week - Save for taxes (research) David - Going out once a week or less (Less Drinking)(once a week / 3 beers a week) - When going out have less than 3 drinks - being a good teammate/friend - By the end of June, run a 5k around 20min - Workout 5x a week - swimming once a week for cardio -Save an extra $20,000 by end of year (total $40,000) | Save $1,500 a month (Oct. - $3,000 a month) - Deepening relationship with God | committing to church - Reading two devotional a day | morning & afternoon (bible 4x a week on hold) - Run 2 miles non-stop by end of month - Apply to a job once a day | 7 jobs a week (minimum) - Get 2 more interviews by end of June - Staying tuned to church commitment goal - getting aligned with friends to strive and grow in direction Bash - Lower student loans $15,000 in 12 months | $500 a month | $116 week - Decide on Grad School by July - Putting away $200 month | $55 IRA week (later will move to $80/week) - Weigh 221 lbs by end of February - Weight Check March 31 (less than 219) - Being intentional about making time to socialize (days off M-W) - Eating less takeout (3 or less a week) - Cleaning out - organize closet by Saturday - By end of 6-week program (3rd week of October) curl at minimum w/ 35lbs - Clear out hallway, closet, & chair (half the room) by next Saturday (7/19) - Lower goal than previous check point (216 - June) | May 28th - 208 | June 10th - 201.7 (July 202-205) - Squat: 205 | New: 245 - Deadlift: 315 | New: 345 - Bench: 160 | New: 185 - Total increase 95lb - Get to 199.9lbs by end Aug - Join 1000lb club by End of 2025 (775lb currently) - Next max lifts (Aug 20-21st - 2nd-3rd week in August)
