Cooked some Vietnamese grilled pork
It’s not my first time making this but it’s the best it’s turnt out. This type of plate is one of my favorite things to eat at a Vietnamese restaurant. In the future still want to enhance the fish sauce and make the marinade for the pork better but just wanted to share.

My wake up call!
I had my 5K race on January 10th and it opened mt eyes to where I stand on my health journey and it has shown me what I need to start doing from this point on. It's time to lock in and make progress. We plan to run more of these in the future and i plan to be ready for the rest of them more than I was on 01/10/2026.

2026 Goals
Serg - *4 weight training workout a week - *Read bible 30min 6x a week - Go to church 1x a week - *Checking in on Sisters 1x a week - Aim to be at 180lbs by July - Reach out to DEA contact by end of next week - Find new place to live for March (reach out to 4 places & schedule tours by end of next week) Ramon: - Continue saving atleast $1500 per month (save $30K total, 20K for house down payment, 10K emergency savings) - Continue reading 50 pages per week - Get on consistent workout routine by march (workout atleast 10 times per month starting Jan 2026) - Move out by 2027 - Receive 1 raise/promotion by June 2026 Jose - Read 3 books - 3 workouts a week - Finish paying credit card ($800 a month) - Eat 2 meal prepped meals a day Gatlin - *Get 110 indirect hours a month (25-28hr week) - *Save $500 a month (monthly recap meetings) Mike A - Weight loss w/ meal prep & nutrition focus (less than 1 fast food meal a week) - GA position/ work (balancing work & school) - Keeping up with friends / community - Keeping OT school (2 As - 2Bs) - Being consistent w/ Therapy (once a month) - Video Journaling - once every other month Deonte - Workout 3x a week - Save $250 a month - Controlling emotions / emotional composure (pausing before reacting) - Exploring - moving out of huntsville / changing jobs/ growing during this next phase/ grad school - This week goal: clean/organize room Bash - 1000lb club - 405lb deadlift - Limit to 1 takeout a week - Optimize 401k match (3% of net pay at 160% match) - Keep paying student loans (every week during meeting) - No Cs this semester Joe - workout 2x a week - Get a job as a Cloud Engineer - Get terraform cert - by end of next week have scheduled exam date - Set aside an 1hr a week for enjoyment (not work, learning, etc) - Pray everyday (7x a week) - Have all stays booked for elopement by Jan 31 - By end of next week have a set day to watch daughter to Support wife’s business goals
