For the hangout on Saturday, since we were planning on hanging out in Conroe, there’s a brewery in that area that opens at 12pm that has a ton of space so regardless of who can make it we’ll all be able to hangout there no problem. The address is: 3525 N Frazier St Conroe, TX 77303 United States It opens at 12pm so I’ll get there around that time and get a table or area big enough for whoever wants to pull up. Feel free to let other ELITE guys or whoever know since it’s an open area. Really looking forward to catching up with everyone!

Good afternoon guys, H mentioned some things came up that he will now have to take care of on Saturday so unfortunately, we’ll have to change plans. Made some fried catfish and what was supposed to be to be hush puppies with coleslaw. When I fried the catfish the first batch was breaking apart when I first picked it up. For the second batch I cooked it longer and it stayed in place so I think the first batch wasn’t cooked long enougj or hot enougj. Regardless they both really tasted good but I cooked the first batch longer. Those puffy things, they were suppose to be hush puppies but when I followed the recipe it didn’t get as thick as the video for some reason. I ended up trying to fry it but it fried like funnel cake and ended up puffy. They actually still stay good but just don’t have the hush puppy consistency. Coleslaw came from a bag.
